This session helps us to reflect on what is means to be a leader in current times, what has changed in the last decade and how we may develop our ‘leadership endurance’ to continue to meet the challenges of a complex and ever-changing landscape of work. Matt will present an engaging mix of theory, research, and practical applications with the aim of enabling leaders at all levels to develop strategies to effectively lead with longevity in the VUCA environments (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) in which they work.
